1/ Yes, it should exist. You should paste the response in any text editor and use its search feature to look for “date” keyword.
2/ If you don’t see the required data, please confirm that the data is available PUBLICLY on realestate.com.au by sharing with me some links and screenshots, I will check it again for you.
