Price analytics API enables the user to search for multiple products on a specific marketplace (source) and country.
The search is not real time, but a search job is created and the user then has to poll for result every 5 minutes or more.
For each search a key is specified. Possible values are:
- GTIN: The Global Trade Item Number (GTIN) is an identifier for trade items, developed by GS1. It contains subsets of EAN, UPC and JAN numbers.
- ASIN: Amazon specific product ID, it can only be used with Amazon marketplace.
- ID: This is specific to each marketplace, for Amazon it equals ASIN.
- Term: Any string search term. Result structure is different when searching by term.
Available marketplaces/ price comparisons and countries:
- Amazon (ae, au, br, ca, cn, de, es, fr, gb or uk, in, it, jp, mx),
- Google (at, au, br, ca, ch, cz, de, dk, es, fr, gb or uk, ie, in, it, jp, mx, nl, no, nz, pl, ru, se, sg, tr, us, za)
- Ebay (at, au, be, ca, ch, de, es, fr, gb or uk, hk, ie, it, my, nl, ph, pl, sg, us)
- Idealo (at, de, es, fr, it, uk or gb)
- billiger (de)
